Sushi Itto at Westfield Southcenter

Sushi Itto is the leader of quick service sushi in Europe and Mexico. This store at Westfield Southcenter is one of the first stores in the US and will serve as a prototype for future stores. The design of the store is inspired by the form of a fish, where a sharp fin-like plane slices through the organic skin-like ribbon that wraps around the store.
