The Arcadia House, a 5800sf home in Arcadia, CA, has finished construction. The house is located in a prestigious neighborhood and has stringent design requirements enforced by the local Home Owner's Association. After a long hard struggle with the HOA, the final design fits harmoniously in the neighborhood while combining the traditional ranch style architecture in the neighborhood with contemporary design. We hope that this project will show that, with good planning and design, a large house can still relate well with the scale of the context in which it is built.

Our latest project "Green Concept Home" broke ground today. Located in the Greenwich Crest area in Bellevue, WA, this will be a 2800sf 4 bedroom house that incorporates some of the latest green products and technologies in its design. When completed, "Green Concept Home" will be the first LEED platinum certified home in Bellevue. Our goal is to be green without sacrificing functionality, comfort, style and cost efficiency. Our first design-built project was completed this month. The "Hawthorne Hills House" is a 3600sf remodel and addition in the Sand Point area in Seattle, WA. Through this project, MVS has refined our develop/design/build processes. With the successful execution of this project, MVS can now confidently offer to our client the option to trust us with not only designing their dream house, but to coordinate the construction as well. Today is the grand opening of the new dining terrace at Westfield's Southcenter in Seattle. MVS is proud of be the designer of two of its major tenants in the mall - Sushi Itto and Sbarro. As prototypes, these storefront will set a new standard for the design of future stores for both franchises.
